Project Description:
The existing building is a three story structure with a basement and an attic space.  A new fire pump had to be installed due to inadequate water pressure available at the building.  TA coordinated their efforts with the SMU Project Manager and the sprinkler designer.  Various existing code issues were also addressed and corrected.  A new fire and jockey pump were installed, inside a new area created by the architect.  Extensive coordination was required with the local Fire Marshal’s office.  The project was completed successfully.
